Returns are accepted 14 days after purchase if the product is deemed faulty by the customer, we require a video of the fault described and then we can proceed with returning the item back to us, item must be returned to us with the same packaging it was sent with, on receival of the return the item will be inspected by us for any damage or user error when fitting. if this all checks out the refund will be sent back to the original payment method used and the funds will be back in the customers account within 3-5 buisness days.
